Qeshm – Bandar Abbas Sub Marine Water Pipe Line Concrete Weight Coating

We perform all works and services required for pipe coating, installation, pre-commissioning and testing of submarine pipeline.

• Provide accommodation, telephone, meal and mobile, transportation
• All marine works
• Pipe coating (internal & external corrosive coating & Shipping Organization (PSO)
• Field joint coating (as per specification) with supply of related Material
• Fabrication site mobilization
• Transport of coated pipes to fabrication site in Bandar Abbas.
• Fabricating flanges, spool, buoyancy tanks, pull heads and other execution equipment
• Preparation of all related shopping documents, drawing, reports and execution procedures
• Construction of A and B Valve Chambers at Bandar Abbas & Qeshm with supply of all related material
• Pre-commissioning, hydro testing, pigging, (by fresh & potable water) and testing of the submarine water supply pipeline between the two tie-in points at Bandar Abbas and Qeshm with supply of related equipment and test material
• Demobilization
