Coating of Pardis Petrochemical Intake Pipes in South Pars Field

Client: Gharargah Sazandegi Khatam

This project included performing operation internal and external pipes coating AREA 2 water intake of Pardis Petrochemical.

Diameters for pipe coating are 700 micron, 65 micron Zinc Silicate, 30 micron Sealer, 200 micron MIO and 40 micron Polyurethane.

Free solvent Epoxy was used for internal pipe coating. Cut back of each pipe for welding would not be under sandblasting and coating.
